This little finger food may be small but it keeps you coming back for more! A petite appetizer yet a small sandwich in one. Perfect for any occasion where a fancy hor d'ourves is desired yet the setting is casual.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 (4.25 oz) can of
  • Underwood Deviled Ham Spread
  • mayo
  • bread crumbs
  • mustard
  • slices of white or rye bread
Step1
In a small bowl, combine the entire can of deviled ham spread with about a spoonful of mayo. Mix well. Add a small amount of bread crumbs until mixture is not very dry but not very wet. Add a small amount of mustard to taste, as much as you desire.
Step2
Take two slices of bread and spread both slices with a thin layer of the ham spread mixture. Place both pieces of bread together.
Step3
Cut bread into small triangular pieces in any fashion that is easy for you, with or without the crust. Repeat with other slices of bread until you have used all the ham spread mixture. Place all small triangular sandwiches on a round platter, either stacked on top of each other or in a circle, serve.

Tips & Warnings

  • When adding the bread crumbs and mustard, go with the flow, taste test as you add so that you can reach the desired taste.
