I know everyone doesn't have time to go to the gym everyday, but exercise is important for people to be healthy. Here are some tips on how to fit it into your daily life without taking time away from anything.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • nothing, that's the point

Step1
In order to be healthy, you need to exercise. People should not sit on their butts all day long and then all evening also. You need to get your blood pumping and your heart going. Not to mention how many people are out there that are overweight. Here are a few ways to add exercise to your daily routine.
Step2
· Stretch first thing in the morning after rising from bed.
· Do calf raises as you brush your teeth.
· Park your car farther from the door wherever you go.
· If you live close enough to where you work, walk there instead of driving.
· Dedicate part of your lunch break to walking.
· Turn some music on instead of watching TV and dance.
· Do some form of exercise during your favorite shows.
Step3
Those are all things that you can implement into your day right now and it won’t take any time from your busy schedule at all. Now if you do have the time and the money, do go to the gym. Lifting even a small amount of weights can help you to lose weight faster. You should try to do at least 20 minutes of cardio daily. This doesn’t have to be done all at the same time, but is beneficial to your heart to get it all in.
