Make sure that whatever method you choose it is working before you take the next step. If you have had a traumatic birth, such as a c-section or stitches, you may be a little scared to be intimate. This is normal.

romance in bloomDo yourself a favor: Get in front of the mirror, look at yourself naked and take pride in whatever you see. Giving birth to a baby is a lot of work on your body. But what you have will work just as good in the bedroom if you believe it. Confidence is key in being intimate with your mate. Be confident that it will all work the same way it did before, maybe even better.

Descending FlowerRelax. Set the mood for yourself. What is it that you would like to happen on that magical night? Go shopping for something new. You want to feel beautiful or sexy, so buy something that makes you feel that way. Make sure your mate knows that tonight is the night.
