Step1
Work pressure is something very relative some people succumb to pressure very easily even when it is not someting so alarmingly dangerous. So the first thing is to identify your own limits. Definitely you can try hard but that should have some object orientation to it and not just try aimlessly.
Step2
Now that you know your personal limits, have a positive attitude. Learn to accept changes, 70 percent of the people are not able to handle the work load because they are not easily adaptable to the changes and as a result even a small change seems like a huge burden.
Step3
After being open to changes and having a positive attitude you will find that half of it is relaxed now see to it that you dont over stress yourself with your new principles rather also set your limitations too. You have to make others realise that you are not the supremo who is going to be like Hercules carrying everything on your own shoulder. Rather it should be very clear about how the load is to be divided among everybody so that a single person is never over burdened.
