Step 1
create new shortcutassuming your working with a windows PC,Right click on an empty spot on your desktop and select New - Shortcut.

Type %windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks in the box.Type %windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks in the box.

Step 3
click nextClick Next.

Step 4
give shortcut a nameGive your shortcut a nice name like “Clear Memory”.

Step 5
click finishClick Finish and you’re done.

Step 6
Now whenever your computer starts running slow click this shortcut to clear out your memory and get your computer running at a normal pace again
