Things You'll Need:

  • Six Flour Tortillas
  • Butter
  • Spatula
  • Cinnamon and sugar
  • Pizza cutter
  • Cookie sheet
  • Oven

    How to Make Homemade Baked Cinnamon Chips

  1. Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Take your six flour tortillas and spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each of them. Then sprinkle the Cinnamon and Sugar mixture of the top of each one.

  3. Step 3

    Lay the tortillas one at a time on the cookie sheet and then using your pizza cutter slice each tortilla into bite size strips or triangles to resemble chips.

  4. Step 4

    Bake them in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes until they are crispy on the edges. Since every oven is different, you will want to check them so that they do not over cook and burn.

  5. Step 5

    Serve them warm and they are wonderful! You can also store leftovers in an airtight container and they will stay good for a day or two.

Tips & Warnings
  • Always supervise children who are doing this themselves when using the pizza cutter or oven to avoid injury.
