This was due to the limited nature of nuclear weapons in regards to nations that had them and were capable of using them effectively and efficiently. Therefore, in reality, there is a very credible threat to the environment that has survived by the reciprocal fear of surprise attack mantra, as a diverse society of nations with nuclear weapons becomes threatened by such diversity that will very soon include a rogue and terrorist nation state like Iran.

To prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons, America would have to widen their two front war into a three front war that has the potential to turn into a multi regional conflict because of the participants and their proxy war benefactors. These factors validates the assertions of those who propose a pull out of American forces in Iraq so as to retain some flexibility concerning future engagements that involve more dire circumstances and consequences.

I am absolutely amazed that among 7 billion population on this prison planet, nobody can deduce the truth of the Islamic regime in Iran.
