There's that one piece of clothing in your closet that might look transformed with a little bit of intricate crocheted lace added to it. Bring it out along, with your sewing machine or a needle and thread, and your length of crocheted lace. You could have a masterpiece in under an hour.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Needle and thread or sewing machine
  • Lace
  • Garment
  1. Step 1

Decide where you want to place the lace. It's a good idea to choose a place several inches from a fabric's edge.

  2. Step 2

All across the fabric, measure up from the edge and pin the lace to keep it even across fabric.

  3. Step 3

Stitch the lace to the fabric, using similarly colored thread.

  4. Step 4

Stitch very close to the outer edge of the lace, directly over outermost crocheted row.

  5. Step 5

At end of the lace, fold the end piece underneath and stitch neatly to avoid fraying.
