on 2/6/2008 That is exactly the reason why I tried a cold method instead of using a heat method. It works out perfectly!
I can't imagine the problem you had especially with a red candle!

on 2/6/2008 I wish I'd known this a year ago. We had a little accident with a big red candle in a rented cabin. The consensus of the group was to use an iron and an old t-shirt to try and draw the wax into the cloth. It didn't go as planned and the wax seeped even further into the carpet. Thank you for this information. It will come in handy if we ever have that problem again!
