- Basketball
- Rim
- Practice,practice!!!

Step 1
Start with your feet shoulder with apart and feet squared to the basket.

Step 2
Keep elbow in at your side with your arm at a 90 degree angle.

Step 3
Make sure to keep your eyes focused on the back part of the rim and not to follow the flight of the ball in the air.

Step 4
Bend your knees slightly in a down up motion.

Step 5
Follow through with a quick but soft snap of the wrist at the top of your jump.

Step 6
Make sure to keep your follow through until the basketball reaches it's destination.
