How to Make Herbed New Potatos

A great recipe for the holidays or entertainment.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 12 small new potatos (creamers)
  • 4 tsp. butter
  • 4 tsp. parsley (fresh)
  • 4 tsp. chives (fresh)
  • parsley for garnish
  1. Step 1

    Peel 1/2 inch strip around center of each potato.

  2. Step 2

    Boil the potatoes until they are firm but piercable with a fork (about 20 mintues).

  3. Step 3

    Drain the potatoes and cover them. Melt butter in seperate bowl and stir in parsley and chives.

  4. Step 4

    Pour the mixture over potatoes and serve.

Tips & Warnings
  • Variation: sprinkle with chopped, cooked bacon and/or minced green onions.
