Things You'll Need:
- 12 small new potatos (creamers)
- 4 tsp. butter
- 4 tsp. parsley (fresh)
- 4 tsp. chives (fresh)
- parsley for garnish

Step 1
Peel 1/2 inch strip around center of each potato.

Step 2
Boil the potatoes until they are firm but piercable with a fork (about 20 mintues).

Step 3
Drain the potatoes and cover them. Melt butter in seperate bowl and stir in parsley and chives.

Step 4
Pour the mixture over potatoes and serve.
