How to Make Mushroom and Onion Steak

Things You’ll Need:

• arm or swiss steak
• 1 pkg. dry onion soup
• 1 can mushroom soup
• salt and pepper

1. Cover the steak with steak sauce if desired, using arm or swiss steak.
2. Put in heavy foil in a covered roaster.
3. Bake slowly for at least 2 1/2 hours.
