This dish is simply delicious.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 4 bs of veal cut into peices
  • 3/4 flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1 box of button mushrooms-cleaned
  • and diced
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 cup of white wine

Step1
In a large bowl add flour, salt and pepper. Dip veal in flour mixture. Melt butter in skillet and add meat browning for about 2-3 minutes, on each side.
Step2
Set meat aside, drain fat from skillet. Add garlic, stock , wine and lemon juice to skillet scraping up any left over pieces from veal.
Step3
when liquid is about to boil add meat in. add mushrooms, cover and allow to cook on low heat for about 45 minutes.

Tips & Warnings

  • This dish is great over rice or noodles
