Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 1/2 or 2 pound of chicken, boneless
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cayenne powder
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 small white/brown onion
  • 1 3/6 cups of water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch or potatoes powder
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 lime or lemon
  1. Step 1

    Wash and cut boneless chicken into cubes. Then in a large bowl add the cut chicken cubes, curry powder, cayenne powder, garlic powder, salt, sugar, pepper. Have all ingredients in a bowl and marinate over night.

  2. Step 2

    Wash and cut onion, potatoes, and carrot into cubes. Place onion and carrot in a bowl set aside. Now, for the potatoes cut it into cubes and placed in cold water with half squeeze lime wedge. Soak the potatoes for 10 minutes,drain, and remove lime wedge. In another small bowl combine cornstarch and water, then set aside.

  3. Step 3

    Now cook marinated cut chicken cubes over medium heat in a skillet in oil, turning it 3 times. Until, it turns light brown once the color has been achieved add in all the vegetables. Then add water and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Now, take the cornstarch that was mixed with water and add it slowly to the the simmering pot. Occasionally, stirring or else it will become a clear white clump. Let the cornstarch cook for 5 minutes with the occasional stirring and it's ready to be enjoyed.
