Quiting to smoke is easy,simply follow these magical steps.

Step1
bubble get rid of trouble
Take a bubble gum, try every bubble gum you can find in your area. Just like a many girl, you will fall in love with one of the bubble gum brand. and every time you think of smoking, take that gum.
Step2
kiss makes you miss
if you don't fall for bubble, fall in love with a girl. every time you feel like smoking,give her a kiss. a kiss can make you miss.
Step3
run for your life
don't even have a girl friend, then take a walk in the park. join a sport club. you will realized smoking keeps you a loser, you cant run, you cant even beat that fatty in 100 km race. your shame will let you quit smoking.
Step4
bet to death
make a 100 dollar bet with some one who think you will not quit smoking in years.i hope you don't want to lose 100 dollars every time you smoke.
