Step1
Familiarize yourself with the questions that are asked on job interviews.
There are plenty of books available that review the top most-asked questions. Be sure to spend time reviewing those questions and coming up with succinct answers to each.
Step2
Review your background and the job description for the position you are interviewing for and come up with relevant points (with respect to your past experience) as to how you are qualified for the new position.
Step3
Research the company that you will be interviewing at.
You can learn alot about the company just by surfing the Internet. Be sure to learn at least 5 points about the company. Be sure to insert them into your conversation when being interviewed.

Be sure to record the names and titles of all the individuals you interview with. When you return home, be sure to send them all thank you notes.
