Step1
Try to prevent your morning sickness before you start your day. You might want to take preventive measures right before your out of bed.Take your time before you get out of bed. keep the crackers on your bed side . Right when you get the feeling your sick before your rush to throw up try to nibble on a cracker.
Step2
Through the rest of the day try to eat small meals every three hours. eating too much at once will make you sick.
Step3
Don't be too full but at the same time don't let your stomach be empty. Try eating a snack before you go to sleep. And of course get plenty of rest.
