How to get a mobile phone service for the whole year for - $80! do it!

Are you a light cell phone user paying $40 or more per month on a mobile phone service? It's really important to keep open communications, but must you be an open wallet as well? Not any more!

Things You’ll Need:

• Tracfone Phone
• Tracfone air time card
• Tracfone bonus codes

1. Buy a Tracfone. The inexpensive ones typically sell for 19.99 at the Tracfone.com site, or from a retailer. That’s the normal price. But, you can typically pick it up for $14.99 on sale. Or you can buy used one for about $10 on Ebay.com.
2. Buy air time in 60 minute increments. They cost $20 and expire in 90 days. Every time you activate this airtime card, it always extends your time 60 more minutes and 90 more days from the service end date. Let's say your service is good till 01/1/2009 have 30 minutes left. When you activate this card, your service will be good till 04/01/2009 and have 90 minutes.
3. Use bonus codes to get even more minutes free! Yes, the deal gets even sweeter. Get free minutes just by punching in a simple 5 digit code after the PIN # . Go to a website such as Fatwallet.com and search the Hotdeals forum with the keyword "tracfone". You will be able to get free bonus code. A common bonus code adds 30 - 60 more minutes. The members keep this thread up to date, so you'll always be able to get a valid free code.
4. Activate your phone. You can either call tracfone 1-800-867-7183 or activate it on tracfone.com. I recommend doing it on line. You will get a 20 minutes of airtime and 60 days free.

Tips & Warnings

• Always add airtime before your expiration date so you don’t lose any unused minutes.
• Opt to use the internet method to activate your air time card. If the bonus code is invalid, you will get an error message, allowing you to retype the bonus code or try a different one. This is not an option when using the tracfone method. The valid PIN # will be accepted, but if the bonus code is invalid, you will simply get your normal time ignoring the bonus code.
• When activating the air card using the bonus code, do the following. Enter the 15 digit PIN # + the 5 digit bonus code. Example, if your PIN # is 123456789012345 and your bonus code is 77777. You would punch in 12345678901234577777.
• Watch for special deals. I have picked up a tracfone + (2) 60 minute air card for 19.99 + tax, shipped – wow!
• You can buy a DMFL card. This allows you to have Double Minutes For Life of your phone. After you activate your DMFL card, your minutes will always double. For instance, a 60 minute card will always yield 120 minutes, etc. A DMFL card for less than $15 is a steal.
• Advanced lesson: If you get really good at this, you can stack the DMFL card with bonus minutes. And take advantage of other tracfone plans. This will be explained in full “ Advanced Tracfone techniques". Coming soon.
• Do Not lose your SIM card. SIM card must stay with the phone in order for the tracfone to work.
• If you buy a used tracfone from a seller on ebay, make sure they include the SIM card + the charger.
