How to Exercise Every Day

One of the things some people have a hard time doing every day is exercising. I created an exercise routine which not only keeps me reasonably fit, but allows me time to maintain my desired weight and muscle tone. In any exercise routine the most important thing is not how long you exert yourself each exercise, but how you build a lasting routine. I realize keeping your heart rate up for thirty minutes is a recommended prescription by many doctors and fitness guru's. I agree with their advise. However, thirty minutes a day is not neccessary to maintain a regular workout routine and give you a healthy balanced workout. I talk to countless people every day about just being able to START exercising. Especially men who do not think they have the time to simply perform a elementary calisthenics routine for just five minutes every day. That beer belly is not ever going to magically dissapear without building or maintaining toned muscle by exercising.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Yourself.

Step1
THE CALISTHENICS:

1: JUMPING JACKS - 10
2: WINDMILLS - 10 Reps
3: KNEES TO ELBOWS - 10 Reps
4: LEG LIFTS - 10
5: PUSH UPS - 10
Step2
Every week increase the number reps of each exercise by one.
The important thing is to get into a solid "ROUTINE".
Step3
If it is possible take time to just walk after your exercise routine. 1 mile in the beginning of your overall fitness routine is optimal per day. Combined with a succcessful diet, this little fitness training will send you well on your way to toning your muscles, and getting you back into reasonable shape. Tips & Warnings

  • Small incremental steps are the key to success.
  • Even a one minute march in place in front of your TV is a start.
