Instructions

Step 1
Go to the Virgin America website (see Resources below).

Step 2
You will see a red "eleVAte" box at the top right section of the screen. Click on the "join" icon.

Step 3
Type in your email, a password of your choosing and a secret question for security in the appropriate boxes.

Step 4
Scroll down and enter your address and contact information.

Step 5
Scroll down. After reading the "terms and conditions" click the box indicating that you have read and understood them all.

Step 6
Click on the "Join eleVAte" icon.

Step 7
A confirmation message will be sent to your email.
