So when it comes to buy cat toys, we can many times be left wondering if we can afford to spend $20 on a toy. But there are easy ways to make inexpensive cat toys and here is how you do it.

• Cat
• 1-2 foot’ thin-stick
• Ball of yarn
• Scissors
• Personal time

How to Make Inexpensive Cat Toys

1. Get the supplies. A trip to the fabrics store will net you some yarn. More than likely you can find an appropriate stick in your yard or neighborhood.
2. Unravel the yarn. You want to use the scissors and make a cut of yarn so you have about a yard-long string of it.
3. Wrap yarn around the stick. Now simply wrap the yarn spaciously around the stick, weaving it up to the top from the bottom.
4. Tie stick at both ends. Now tie the yarn at both ends, make sure to leave a nice 6-inch string of it dangling at both ends for your cat to enjoy.
