Things You'll Need:
- Extensions (kinky hair)
- Gel/moisturizer
- Rods (exceptional)
- Oil Sheen
-
Step 1
Part the hair in four sections, from the forehead and ear to ear, to create a working pattern.
-
Step 2
Starting from the first back section to your right, part off a small square. Put a little gel and moisturizer on your hair and the extension.
-
Step 3
Add the exstension by starting out as a braid, only braiding a half of an inch down, then begin twisting, using two strands. After twisting, you can either roll a small rod on the end of the twist, and dip it in hot water to have a curl at the end of the twist. You could also braid the whole section of twists into one big braid and dip the whole braid in hot water to have a crinkle look for the twists

on 7/17/2008 i checked other sites and was told to braid some of your hair first then apply the kinky twist hair and start twisting.I don't know much about braiding with extentions but i do know you apply them both from start to finish.
