on 12/9/2008 My condo is going to be forclosed on 12/12 for delinquent account, and they say I will loose my condo. I have not been working. I pain my fees for 5 years on time.
I am frightened. Please help. I am seeking a consultant assignment. I have no money other
than social security, and I am behind on mortgage, credit cards, but only 60 days.
I have never ask the gov't to do anything for me, nor have I ever recieved any money.
I haven't asked for food stamps because I am proud.
The amount due of $14,716.41 seems to be accurate, with penalties and late fees

They refer to sextion 16.2 and sec 16.3 of the Master Condominium Sublease.
Can I stop or defer them filing a foreclosure on my condo.
