Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 15 pieces of chicken wings clean
  • 15 pieces of chicken drummetes
  • 1c Your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1/2c Honey
  • 1/2lb of Unsalted butter
  • 1/2c Tapatio Sauce (Mexican Chili Sauce)
  • 1/2c Ancho Chili Powder
  • 1c All Purpose Flour
  • Salt and Pepper to season
  • Beer
  • Napkins
  • Your hot female neighbors outfitted in sexy Hooters Outfits
  • Big Screen TV
  1. Step 1
     

    Dust and season chicken with ancho chili powder, All Purpose flour, salt, and pepper

  2. Step 2
     

    Heat up the frying oil around 350 F - 360 F. When the oil is ready, fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes so it's nice and moist on the inside

  3. Step 3
     

    Remove the the chicken from the fryer and place it on top of paper towel to rest

  4. Step 4
     

    Melt the unsalted butter on a pan, when the butter melt, add honey, and stir. Stir in the BBQ sauce and Tapatio sauce. Stir it for another 2-3 minutes on top of the stove

  5. Step 5
     

    Place the Chicken in a bowl. Pour the sauce on the chicken and mix them together. Enjoy with your favorite Blue Cheese Dressing.

Tips & Warnings
  • Ranch is also a delicious alternative to Blue Cheese dressing. Perfect to cool down the hotness
  • Make sure the TV is on at all time with loud volume, it enhances the eating experience; encouraging more eating and less conversation
  • Make sure to cool down with a couple of bottles of beer
  • If women are in the room, encourage them to dress up as Hooters Girls and dance on tables to commercial music while playing air guitar
  • Add cajun seasoning for an extra twist
