Things You'll Need:
- Bath tub
- Bubble bath, bath gels, or essential oils
- Bath pillow (optional)
- Candles
- Glass of wine (optional)
- Music (make it soft and relaxing to soothe your spirit)

Step 1
Start relaxing with a clean bathroom. Take time either the day before or earlier in the same day to go through and clean the bathroom so that you can turn it into a tranquil private spa.

Collect candles with a scent that will relax you while in the spa.

Fill the bathtub with water that is a comfortable temperature to you and add your favorite relaxing fragrance.

Put on music, making sure to keep it soft and something you enjoy.

Pour yourself a glass of your favorite wine. Light the candles and dim the lights to set the relaxing mood.

Carefully climb into the bath and start enjoying time in your own private spa at home.
