Got Cramps? Ladies I know you dread that time of the month especially if you are apart of the many woman who suffer from menstrual cramps during that time of the month. If you don't, FORGET YOU! Just kidding. Well my mother showed me a way to relieve my cramps without taking pills. I don't like taking pills anyway. Read on if you want to know the secret...

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Cramps
  • Wash cloth or hand towel
  • Warm water
  • Microwave ( optional)

Step1
Wet a wash cloth or hand towel with warm water. ( the warmer the better). The entire cloth should be wet
Step2
Or you can wet the cloth an put in in the microwave just long enough to warm up. ( not to hot) No more than 30 r 40 seconds
Step3
Let it cool a bit if it is too hot.
Step4
squeeze a little bit of water out so that it is not dripping all place
Step5
Fold the cloth in half and place on your lower abdomen or back wear the pain is. ( now doesn't that feel better?)
If you have a gut, lift that up then place the cloth there for better heat-to-cramps transfer
Step6
When the cloth gets cold, and if you haven't fallen asleep from the comfort of relief, repeat steps 1-5 until the pains subside

Tips & Warnings

  • This is best done at home that way you can lay down and relax
  • This does not eliminate cramps for ever. it just relieves the pain
  • make sure the cloth is not to hot before you put it on your body
