Want to lose weight but don't know how. This easy way without having to make foods you don't like.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • cereal
  • skim milk
  • spoon
  • bowl

Step1
Buy skim milk and a cereal. I recommend special k or any healthy cereal that is low on sugar and high in fiber.
Step2
Pour cereal and milk in bowl. Add any fruits or nuts if you desire. Enjoy losing weight.
Step3
Besides eating right you should walk, jog, or run at least three times a week

Tips & Warnings

  • Must eat two bowls a day and have a light dinner.
  • If you get hungry in between meals have a healthy snack such as a low fat yogurt or a fruit.
