Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- baby lotion
- deodorant
- good quality hair conditioner (I recommend Biolage hair balm or Joico K-Pak)
- razor
- bottled water
- toothpaste
- tooth brush
- bath towels
- wash clothes
- duffle bag
- plastic bowl
- nail clippers
- nail file
- facial moisturizer
- lip balm
Step1
Full face makeup has no place in camping outdoors but lip gloss will help to keep your lips from getting chapped in the harsh mountain air.
If you feel naked without your makeup, a touch of mascara should do the trick.
Step2
If you know about a camping trip weeks in advance, an indoor tanning membership is a way to get that sunny glow. This may help to make you feel extra beautiful even without base makeup.
Step3
Cold lake or stream water makes shaving close to impossible. Keep baby lotion for a quick solution for shaving your legs safely and keeping your skin nice and soft.
Step4
Use bottled water to brush teeth and wash face. A plastic bowl will make a nice portable sink and be sure to bring a few extra towels.
Step5
Wash hair during the warmest time of the day and use a good quality hair conditioner to keep hair healthy and tangle free. Leave conditioner in hair for the extra added benefit of a deep conditioning treatment.
Step6
Don't forget the deodorant. This is a must have even if you leave everything else behind!
Step7
Keep all of your beauty supplies neatly and conviently packed in a seperate duffle bag.
