Apple Cider Vinegar has been highly regarded throughout history. In 400 B.C. the great Hippocrates, Father of Medicine, used it for its amazing health qualities. In recent years, apple cider vinegar has grown in popularity as an especially helpful health tonic. As such, it can be found regularly in the health section as well as the condiment section of your local grocery store. The reported cures from drinking Apple Cider Vinegar are numerous and varied. They include cures for allergies, sinus infections, acne, high cholesterol, flu, chronic fatigue, arthritis, and gout.

Instructions

Things You’ll Need:

  • 2 tsps apple cider vinegar
  • 8 oz water
  • agave nectar or honey

Step1
Each morning before breakfast, mix 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar with 8 oz of water. Lukewarm water is recommended for best drinkability, but cold or hot will work as well.
Step2
To sweeten the concoction and make it a bit easier to consume, you can add 1 tsp of honey or agave nectar.
Step3
Drink!
