How to Hydrate your Lifeless Damaged Hair

Sick of lifeless damaged hair? Want Beautiful hydrated hair? I have dyed my hair blonde, brown, red, and orange. My hair Was so damaged it wouldn't grow. It took me 3 years to get it past my shoulders from chin length. So i took on the challenge. I shopped off my hair and began to replenish my hair back to health for a fresh new start. & YOU CAN TO!

Things You'll Need

• A fresh Hair cut or trim
• Nex Faze Shea Butter Hydrating Shampoo
• Samy Salon Systems Smooth Conditioner & shampoo
• Silk Elements Luxury Moisterizing Conditioner
• got2b styltini double shot 24 hour hair thickener
• got2b styltini glazed over 24 hour smoothing creme gel
• got2b styltini after hours 24 hour laminationg shine hairspray

Instructions

1. Get a fresh hair cut or trim every 1 to 3 months to prevent split and dry ends. Once you get your hair cut or trimmed you should purchase if you have the funds all or some of the above, " Things you will need."
   The most important ones are the Nex Faze from Sally Beauty Supply, The Samy Smooth Conditioner from Walgreens, and the Got2b Glazed over. The reason i added 2 conditioners and 2 shampoos is because some of our hair get used to the shampoos and conditioners. If you have all 4 you can rotate around but its recommended but not a must.

2. 

   Now when you was your hair is it a must to wash it everyday? NO! Washing your hair removed the oils from your hair and can make it dry. You should wash your hair every other day but condition everyday. Nex Faze is a great shampoo for dry and damaged hair. It replenishes and hydrates. It is made with shea butter for that extra silky feeling. I have not purchased the conditioner since it was out my last visit to sallys but i recommend it as well.

3. After shampooing use samy smooth conditioner, Silk Elements conditioner, or Nex Faze conditioner. When you condition you can either stay in the bath or shower and leave it in for 3 to 5 minutes, leave it in over night with a pillow case that you use only for this purpose, or put a towel on your head for 30 minutes then rinse. All are great so choose the best choice based on the damage level of your hair.

4. After you shower apply one or both of the Got2b products: 24 hour hair thickener & glazed over 24 hour smoothing creme gel. They both work excellent. Now don't use the thickener unless you blow dry your hair. If you don't blow dry your hair it will only feel sticky and greasy. For the glazed over works either way: air dry or blow dry. I wouldn't go a day without it.

5. After you style use Got2b 24 hour laminating shine hairspray for a shiny flexible hold all night. It will take a week or so before you notice the results of the shampoo hydration but after the first use of the 24 hour smoothing creme gel you will notice a huge difference in softness and shine.

Tips & Warnings

• Get A fresh Hair cut or trim once a month to every 3 months

• Try to refrain from using ponytail binders that pull and rip at your hair when you put them in and take them out.

• If you sleep with your hair in a ponytail wear a scrunchy not a rubber band or tight binder.

• Only use the hair thickener if you plan to blowdry after application. Or hair will feel sticky.

• Washing your hair to much can cause the good oils to wash away and dry your hair out.
