Step 1
Is there a specific brand you are looking for? If it is a common one but not in your area, you will more than likely have to drive a few hours to purchase it or order it online.

If you have no particular brand choice, do a search on makeup deals. Many businesses that function online only will have makeup deals available only online.

Step 3
Try ebay. There are many stores and sellers alike that sell makeup on ebay. Even name brands that you could pay half the price for if you can find it on ebay.

Check sales and clearances. If you purchase your makeup from your favorite store, check out the clearance or sale aisle. You can almost always find awesome deals on makeup during these events.
