In a pot, boil water. It doesn't have to be scorching hot, just long enough to where bubbles are forming.

Add in about 2-4 chamomile tea bags. Now turn off the heat and cover the pot allowing the tea bags to steep.

Once the water has turned from hot to luke warm, warm enough so that when you touch the tea bag you do not burn yourself, place tea bags in the wash cloth, allow to drain out a bit.

Laying down, close your eyes and place each tea bag on each eye. Cover with the wash clothes so they aren't falling or slipping off your eyes. Do this for about 20 minutes.
Step5
When finished ,pat your eyes with a cool wash cloth. repeat about 3 times a day. Your eyes will be relaxed and less puffy and less red, chamomile soothes and replenishes.
