• balloons
• ribbons
• duster
• everyday cleaner
• glass cleaner
• seasonal decorations

1. First things first , Seasonal Decorations is a must in any business , you should have like 10 different boxes name them all different ,one for veterans day , one for christmas , one for black friday , one for valentines day , one for spring , 1 for 4of july ,1 for summer, and halloween and all the important days like superbowl etc , keep those boxes on one part of your office or basement take them out and put them on at least month b4 , if it s christmas time put them even earlier
2. Remember to put up balloons everyday at least 7 or 8 if it is a huge store try to put ok amounts , and make sure to put those discount percentages up , so people will think that there is a special sale going on , and if customers child is crying give one of them balloons to them , you will see an instant change ,they ll stop crying and all will change for good , name tags are very important as well so this way when you greet someone you dont necessarily have to tell your name and scare the customer , some of the customers are like that they will alwayz think of getting into the sale with one hand shake
   .
3. make sure you have one light colored ballon facing the customers face when they are exiting , write on the ballon things like , thx for coming or big thank you and smiley face.and if your town hall approves it put alot of balloons outside ,get a big helium tank so you
4. and everything should look really neat , if you have to open it like 30 min s early, do so ,
   make sure no dust on the products , the place is all vacuummed ,and shining as far is the cleaning goes.
   greet the customers with high energy and big smiles
5. talk to the customer in very same speed that they talk to you have that very same speed of energy when you are selling stuff to them so they dont feel alone in the world :D
