How to Make Enchiladas

Here is a tasty way to make enchiladas that will last for weeks! You can freeze the leftovers!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 large cans of tomato sauce
  • 4-5tsp chili powder
  • dash of tobasco sauce
  • 1 pkg tortillas soft
  • cooking oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 8 oz shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat
  1. Step 1

    In a sauce pan, heat tomato sauce & seasonings.

  2. Step 2

    In frying pan, brown the meat and onions. Drain, In a large bowl add meat & onions, salt & pepper, chili powerd and 1/2 cheese. Stir until the cheese melts.

  3. Step 3

    In a large greased baking pan, cover the bottom with tomato sauce mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Put cooking oil in frying pan, heat torillas for two seconds on each side and then drain.

  5. Step 5

    Fill tortillas with meat mixture, fold, and put in greased baking pan. Cover with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

  6. Step 6

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and serve.
