Things You'll Need:
- 1 or 1 1/2 lb round steak cut in strips; browned
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1c water
- 1 Beef Boullion cube
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tomatos; peeled & quartered
- 1 green pepper; cut in strips
- 1/4 c onion
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 2 tsp water

Step 1
First brown your round steak cuts in a frying pan with cooking oil. Then add 1 c. water, 1 beef boullion cube, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp ginger 1 tsp soy sauce.

Step 2
Add tomatos, green peppers and onions. Turn heat up to high for 5 minutes.

Step 3
Add corn starch and water. Mix well. Serve over rice.
