The on the search bar, type the item you are searching for.
Step3
Then once you find the item you're looking for look at the date it will end. On the first page, you will most likely see the items ending the soonest. I would suggest taking your time and going to the next few pages because you might rush to bid on something you're not 100% sure you want just so you can meet the deadline.
Step4
Once you have found what you want and read everything in the listing very carefully, put the item on your watch list. You can do this by click on watch this item. This will put it on your ebay summary and you will receive an email from ebay once this item gets close to ending.
Step5
You can then click on the bid now button and type in the maximum amount you are willing to pay for that item. Don't forget to keep in mind, the shipping price.
Step6
If you win the item, then that's great you're ready to pay for it. However, if you lose the item, that's alright because chance is, there is another one just like it waiting to be sold by someone else or even by the same person. So look for the item again and bid again.
Step7
The best thing to do if you have the time is wait until the item is getting close to ending. Then you can make a final bid and if the other bidder doesn't have a maximum bid higher than yours then you will win the item without giving another person a chance to take it.
Tips & Warnings
Take your time, don't rush into bidding too quikly.
Read the listings carefully
Read the feedbacks of the person you are buying from
