Consider the worker's ability instead of his or her gender, beauty and race

Consider the worker's level of education because some jobs especially professional jobs needs workers who are skillful and well trained
Step3
Consider the worker's experience because some jobs needs experienced workers who knows what to do
Step4
Consider the worker's salary scale because some workers are expensive more than others due to their level of education and experience
Step5
Consider the worker's health because some people are not qualified to do risky jobs due to their healthy background
Step6
Consider the workers mental ability because some people are mentally sick hence are not qualified to do some jobs like driving
Step7
Consider the worker's age because some jobs does not require under age workers and sometimes those workers over the retirement age
