Let the completion assume you spent a bundle on private lessons with these tips.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Stay Focused. Decide where you'll aim and stick to it. You have to commit to the spot. If you change your target at the last second, your swing will break down.

  2. Step 2

Relax your shoulders. Keep your grip on the racket loose until the moment you lift you arm to hit the ball. When you hands are at the ease, your shoulders will follow suit.

  3. Step 3

Finish Your Swing. Rookies pat the ball, then quickly retract the racket. Extend your arm and follow through completely.

  4. Step 4

Shake A leg. If you're flat footed on the court, your game suffers. To keep your feet springy, bounce slightly after you serve as you wait for the return.

  5. Step 5

Watch The Ball. Toss it up and slightly in front of you to serve. Hit it when it's just about to drop. If you let it descend too far, it will go into the net.
