Get rid of stains caushed by coffee, tea or red wine in a pinch. Place a teaspoon of baking soda in a shallow dish, then add several drops of hydrogen peroxide, the mitue should have the consistency of toothpaste.
Step2
Brush your teeth with the con oction for about a minute.
Step3
Oxygen in the hydrogen peroxide lifts surface stains off the enamel with our being too abrasive or causing gum sensitivity.

Thanks for sharing!~..dont mind if i ask something?..before u apply it to the tootbrush,do u have to brush ur teeth 1st using toothpaste or just brush it usin the mxture?..

Thanks. My dentist (nice dentist huh?) gave me this tip years ago. I do it weekly, and for some reason, to top it off, I haven't had a cavity since I started seeing him and that was approximately 36 years ago! Wow! I think he probably regrets having shared this with me. :)
