on 5/25/2008 Eating green leafy vegetables will surely lose weight but it depends on how often you eat and how much.If you eat vegetable soup with whole grains or rice every breakfast and then fruits for snacks,you will be burning fats quickly and then a little bit running and walking every morning.It might take months to lose 20 pounds or few weeks really.It really depends on how fast our body reacts to our diet and exercises.If we have medical problems this will also deter our daily movements to lose weight.
