When it comes to broken heels on shoes you can usually fix them at home and avoid costly shoe shops.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • shoe glue
  • shoe nails
  • tack hammer
  1. Step 1

    cover heel in shoe glue

  2. Step 2

    align heel to sole and press firmly

  3. Step 3

    wipe off excess glue

  4. Step 4

    coat original nails with glue and carefully reinsert them into original holes

  5. Step 5

    hammer in a few additional nails for support

  6. Step 6

    allow shoe to dry and test durability

  7. Step 7

    if it seems loose simply tap in a few more nails

  8. Step 8

    repeat last step until heel is sturdy

  9. Step 9

    pop on your shoes and go

Tips & Warnings
  • when nailing do it from inside shoe above heel
  • you can never use too much glue
  • make sure shoe is completely sturdy before wearing it out so that you avoid injury
