How to make simple video demos using flash and some snapshots using printscreen

In this article we will see about making a simple video demo with screen shots taken using the print screen key and flash (animation and webdesign software)

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Flash (flash 8 pro recommended) - link given below
  • basic flash knowledge

Step1
Decide the topic on which you are going to make the demo
Step2
Design a title page for it with flash or an image editor (photo shop,freehand mx,etc)
Step3
take the necessary snapshots to make the video demo
Step4
open flash 8 pro
Step5
import all the snapshots to flash
Step6
open the timeline window(panel) and rename layer 1 as demo
Step7
create another layer upon it and name it actions
Step8
create number of keyframes which is equal to the number of snapshots you have ( if your number of snapshots =6 make 6 blank keyframes in both layers continuesly
Step9
in layer demo place each image in each blank keyframe and convert each image in to a separate movieclip
Step10
in action layer put a stop action in every keyframe you created before
Step11
go inside each movieclip and give the interactions needed
Step12
your video demo is ready
