Waking up early in the morning for work is not fun for everybody. But how can you make your day lively and happy? In order to feel good every morning you need to sleep enough hours at night. When you have enough sleep your feeling is great. Stretch up a little bit and eat your breakfast without fat in it because cholesterol makes you sleepy while you are in your office working. Eat vegetable and seafood in the morning and drink water to make your body energetic. Most of all if you love your job and less stress with your people at work then your day will always be interesting. But if you hate your job and so with your co-workers well then going to work would be like attempting suicide. Work places should be healthy for everybody and those people who cause problems should be out right away. You spent too much hours in your work than in your house and you should have stress free environment at work. Gossips and backstabbing should not be allowed in your work and people should have respect other workers. Sometimes your head or boss is the problem with your job and you need to think if it is worth to be insane working around with your boss. Would be rather stress and still working or decide to change your direction or confront your boss directly about the issue? You think what is right for you.
