Step 1

Holiday Celebration 2005 All White Theme

Form a committee for your celebration. Decide on a theme and send out invitations with RSVP. Refer to (www.evite.com) for help in tracking guest and party information, also contract party planners for needed assistance.
Step 2

Holiday Celebration 2006 All Black Theme

Create a video of the previous year. This is a great way to bring in the New Year. Plan the menu and purchase necessary items with ample time. Designate committee members to greet, serve and clean-up. Add special touches like ice cups that light up, chocolate flowing fountain with a tray of fruit and bite size cakes to enjoy. Your guest will love it. Create a great environment by dimming the lighting.
Step 3

Holiday Celebration 2007 Pajama Theme

Greet everyone with a holiday spirit. Serve your food and drinks before midnight. If you are having a theme be sure to take photos for next years video. Have fun and be sure everyone has a designated driver.
