1 lb. of beef either roast or london broil (preferred)
6 packets brown gravy
4 cups of water
1 lb. package of egg noodles
stick of butter
16 oz container sour cream
Step1
Boil London Broil or Roast beef for about an hour or until tender. You can also crockpot it during the day, Remember the longer you cook the meat the more tender the meat will be, but you must cook in water for periods of time as not to dry out. The roast beef can also beef left over from a roast dinner. Once done cooking cut up into cubes as big or small as you like. Put on pot of water for egg noodles let boil and add noodles, let cook about 12-14 minutes, shorter or longer if you like firmer or softer noodles.
Step2
Put 4 cups of water into deep skillet and add the 6 packets of brown gravy. Stir consistently. Add Beef. Add container of sour cream (this will thin out the sauce. Heat for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Step3
Drain noodles, put back in pan add butter and mix until melted. Serve with sauce on top.

You can also saute onions with butter in skillet before adding water
Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste if desired
Add mushrooms or can of mushrooms if desired or anything you may like
It's easy to spice up to your taste, everyone has a different version but you can add or delete the extras to your taste but the basics are outlined above
Make sure you cook the meat to proper temps over 160 degrees. Again cooking meat longer gives tenderness, but don't forget the water to keep moist and add to tenderness.
