After having a C-Section, the nurses will give you some kind of pain medication at the hospital and probably for home use once you are discharged from the hospital. When the pain medication wears off, you will still have some pain and your incision will still need healing. In 2005, after my twins were born, my sister purchased a cold therapy machine for healing faster to take care of my babies. 1. If you are planning a C-Section as a method of delivering your baby, then think ahead and purchase a cold therapy machine. A cold therapy machine is amazing and you will not believe how fast your incision will heal.
2. When you are looking for a cold therapy machine, online, you will probably type in the words, Cold Therapy After C Section.
3. Once you type in Cold Therapy in your search engine, you will come to a page that looks like this. Once here, you can click on any of these names to find a cold therapy machine, but I have made it easy for you by giving you two web sites to find and purchase your cold therapy machine.
4. Of all the links provided by my search engine, I found only two places to purchase a cold therapy machine. The first place to order and purchase your cold therapy machine is at The Knee Shop which is in this image below.

Here, I typed the name of a popular online auction, eBay, into my search engine and clicked on that name.
7. When you type in this popular online auction into your search engine and arrive at their website, you will click on their Health and Beauty link. This link will take you to many, many health and beauty products to choose from.
8. When you are inside the Health and Beauty page, you will then look for the hot and cold therapies link. This will take you to all sorts of hot and cold therapy machines or devices that can be used for any injury or wound to be healed at a faster rate.
9. Finally, at the hot and cold therapy page, you will probably see over 700 types of hot and cold therapy products to choose from being sold by various sellers. All you will do is scroll down the page(s) until you see one, almost like in the photo on this article, that will fit your C Section healing need. This is just one of many cold therapy machines available for purchase through this popular online auction.
10. In the past, healing from a C Section was probably long and not easy. But today, there are cold therapy machines with once filled with water and placed on your incision, will speed up the healing process and let you tend to your most precious gift, your new baby.
11. You know, I was just asked to write about how cold therapy works. That is something I overlooked. I believe I began using the cold therapy machine in December 2006 all the way through February 2006. I was up and about in no time and I have to say it was due to the cold therapy.
