Exfoliating your face at home is easy. All it takes is the right product, and you can choose from many options. You even can purchase exfoliate containing crushed nutshells, fruits or salt.
My hair in a ponytail
If you have long hair, tie it back in a ponytail behind your head or on top of your head.
Step2
Put your scrubbing brush under running water
After wetting your scrubbing brush under running warm or lukewarm water, add a dime's worth of exfoliate to its bristles.
Step3
Applying the exfoliate
Place the brush on one cheek and begin rubbing in the exfoliate to remove dead or dry skin. Repeat the process on the other cheek, chin and forehead until you get the desired result.
Step4
Washing off the exfoliate
Once you have cleansed and exfoliated your face, rinse off the scrub. You should see a glowing, new face.
Tips & Warnings
Read all the ingredients before purchasing in case there is something that may interact with your skin.
