How to enable remote access on Windows XP

It's easy to enable remote access to Windows XP.

Things You'll Need:

• Access to the computer you want remote access to.

1. Log in to the computer you want to enable remote access to as administrator or an account with administrator access.

2. Right click "My Computer" and click properties.

3. 

   Click the remote tab and then click the check box "Allow Users to connect remotely to this computer"

Tips & Warnings

• Enabling remote access opens a new door to hackers. Be sure you have your computer accounts secure and some type of firewall.
