Eat 2 cups of yogurt a day, unflavored is best because it doesn't contain sugar which feeds the yeast. If you can't stand the taste of yogurt then try a supplement like Primal defense. Be sure to take 2 capsules three times a day.

Use the monistat 7 right before bedtime.

Make dietary changes such as adding yogurt and garlic to your diet on a regular basis as well as reducing your intake of cheese, sugar, beer, and bread. This will also help reduce the risk of you having another yeast infection in the future.
Tips & Warnings
Unflavored yogurt is also very soothing when applied to the itch.
If this is your first yeast infection it's very important that you see a Doctor to be sure that you really have a yeast infection and that it's not something more serious!
