Take a few minutes in your daily routine to practice the deep breathing method. The formula of breath is 1 part inhale, 4 part hold and 2 part exhale. Imagine you breath in 4 second, hold for 16 second, and exhale 8 second.

Practise healthy diet. Eat foods that have rich-content of water; especially fruits. 80% of our body consist of water. That's why we need to have plenty intake of water.

Aerobic exercise is the must! Plan your daily time to have at least 15 minutes of aerobic exercise.

Make sure you put on the music that will light you up while exercise!
While you breath, imagine the air go through your whole body while you are holding for 4 part of you breath.
Find some good recipes book that teach you prepare water-rich foods.
Don't give up too soon when you feel these methods do not provide you any goodness. Remember, consistency is very important.
